Registration Form

Terms And Conditions:

The Registered delegates are eligible for the delegate kit, access to the conference halls & Trade Exhibition, lunches on all days, Presidential Dinner and Banquet.

The date of receipt of the registration form and the registration fee is considered for the calculation of Tariff.

Registration will be accepted only after receiving the money in the account. The committee will not be responsible for the problems related to the payment modes. Concerned agencies may be contacted for resolving such issues.

Post graduate students will not be eligible for registration under the category without a bona fide certificate from their Head of Department.

Cancellation requests received till Oct. 31, 2019 shall only be accepted. 50% of the registration fee paid (Excluding GST/ other charges) will be refunded. Requests in any form received after the last date will not be accepted. The requests should be made to the conference secretariat ( The details are given in the brochure & Registration Form). The refund will be initiated only in March 2020 and will be paid before 20.03.20.

The organising Committee will not be responsible for the wrong entries in the registration form
